The management started to develop, build and market apartments in 1991.
Since that time, more than 4,000 apartments have been marketed in Germany.

In Houston TX 77089 the Altmonte condominium with 40 apartments was developed, built and marketed together with Süba Construction LLC USA.

Student apartments

The management is the initiator of the brand "Life Style Living for Students". This brand was developed in 2007 and it was in the same year with Erlangen, Leipzig, Karlsruhe and Greifswald the first projects built and marketed.
At the end of August 2008, this brand was sold to a Swiss investor. Total Invest: around EUR 100 million.



The Management has begun 2005 to develop, build and market office real estate.
This is project was the development of an office tower in St. Petersburg, Russia with a total investment of about

EUR 80 million.



The management started developing and selling projects in the hotel sector in 2005.
As an example of a successful commitment, the Mons Hotel and congress center in Ljubljana, Slovenia, changed after our transaction to Four Points by Sheraton Ljubljana Mons, Schloss Hotel & Spa Schorssow near Rostock in Germany and the 2017 opened Nord Port Plaza Hotel, Hamburg with a total investment of approximately EUR 32 million.


Shopping Malls

The management is very successful in the development and marketing of shopping malls.
One of the best references is the project Kaiserplatz Gallery in Aaachen, Germany. After the successful transaction, this project was changed to the name Aquis Plaza.
The Aquis Plaza is a shopping center in the center of Aachen at the eastern end of the shopping street Adalbertstraße. It extends from Willy-Brandt-Platz to Kaiserplatz. After years of preparation and problems, including the purchase of the necessary land, our Managemet was able to sell this project to a jont venture of Strabag - ECE Group. Total Invest about EUR 290 million.



The management is very successful in the development and structuring of real estate portfolios.
Very good examples are a portfolio with objects of the Asettklasse retail, above all shopping markets Germany
with a volume of approximately EUR 130 million and a portfolio with German office properties in a volume of approximately EUR 180 million.
